The Sydney was originally developed for the big deep open waters encountered on the Australian “coarse” match scene this float played a large part in the taking of new Australian match record of 350lb plus taken by ex pat Dara Finnigan. This float will “boss” almost any conditions on any big water. This pattern is supplied fitted with either a standard or Finesse type stainless steel spring eye on the tip and an extra side eye on the corner of the body for extra strength.
Made to take an olivette + droppers and available in six sizes – 1g+, 1.5g+, 2.0g+, 2.5g+, 3g+ and 4g+ and with a choice of red, yellow, green or black tips.
Use these on very deep water or in really bad conditions. Use no 8 shot or stotz as droppers and don’t be afraid to lay line and shot on the bottom plus use a large backshot to combat undertow and keep your bait still.
A strong innovative design for fishing at long distance on the pole although it can also be employed for those deeper than average short to middle distance lines. See details below for more information.
This little gem of a float which is just 75mm long has been specially developed to assist bait presentation when fishing the far bank of snake lakes in windy or towing conditions. See details below for more information.
This design is one of my own favourites. The Billy-Bob is my “does it all” float for commercial and snake lake fishing and can be used to present a wide range of baits. See details below for more information.
A good all round sensitive design for fishing canals and commercials with light tackle and small baits such as bread punch, pinkie, and bloodworm plus as the name suggests squatts. See details below for more information.
