Description
Shindig is what I call this one my “secret weapons” as it is so versatile. This float is a “hybrid” between a pellet float and a paste float and has been acclaimed by some as the best skimmer fishing float on the market. It is constructed on a 0.7 diameter carbon stem which passes right through the oval Tech1 foam body and in to the tough 1.2 diameter x 40mm long Hi Viz tip. These features coupled with the standard stainless steel side eye securely glued 12mm deep into the body give the float great strength for its type whilst retaining ultimate sensitivity.
I can also supply this pattern fitted with either a standard or Finesse type stainless steel spring eye at the base of the tip.
This model can be used “dotted down” for pellet etc with the long tip allowing the angler to easily see the dropper shots taking effect on the rig. Another bonus of this long tip is that it also helps to bury the line above the float to minimise the effect of any wind. However the removal of one or two droppers will instantly convert your rig into one suitable for fishing small pea sized pieces of paste using the weight of the bait to settle the float. Also works well used in conjunction with the “Hook in the loop” method.
Available in four sizes 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 with red, yellow, green or black tips.

HB Top Tip
Don’t forget to keep lifting and dropping the rig when fishing pellets and always try a pea sized piece of paste if the bites become iffy as this can mean that the fish are gill feeding on the breaking down feed pellets or groundbait.
